Limerick Southside Limited is a company set up with a shareholding that includes LEDP, Holy Family Parish Southill, Limerick Regeneration Agencies and Limerick City Council.
Its mission is to provide a vehicle for the employment of Community Officers in the Regeneration areas on the Southside of Limerick.
The Community Officers operate from offices in O’Malley Park Limerick. 1 Sunnyside Court Carew Park Limerick and The Action Centre in Ballinacurra Weston. The Officers advocate for, and help deal with, day to day queries regarding environmental,tenancy and regeneration issues and provide support and assistance to the communities in which they serve

In addition Limerick Southside Ltd is the Sponsoring Body For The Fás Local Training Initiative in Community Leadership in Arts and Sport. Based in LEDP under the supervision of Co-ordinator Aisling Mulhall and Assistant Co-ordinator Pat Galvin this innovative programme sets out to make a positive impact in the community through developing skills in the areas of Arts and Sport. This programme is supported by our partners in FÁS, City of Limerick VEC, The Regeneration Agency and LEDP.
